In my time second day lunch (around 12 pm) was rice+dal & sabji. Evening snacks, tea/coffee,soup just like normal afternoon snacks. Dinner again rice+dal sabji. Food wasn't a big issue.

this is for 12302 which started late at 02:15am late by 9hrs 20mins on 4th jan from NDLS
Yesterday train started at midnight
So next morning
7:30 morning tea
9:10 !am breakfast
5:15pm...
more...
lunch train was late at kanpur reached at 4:30pm food lladed from cnb
8pm evening snacks
And dinner was kichidi
