If food is cooked in Pantry u know atleast it is fresh (2-3 hours) For prepacked food, that might have been cooked days earlier (2-3), stored in cold storage and then warmed in Oven and served to passengers. (Imagine cooking today, keep it in refrigerator and eating after 3 days.)
