this is not bsp. its salekasa darekasa ghat section.
in this section engine should have proper working hence railway dont take risk, probably it was reason your loco changed.

Oh my god means Salekesa Ghats is dangerous and Railway should stop movement of WAP and only allow WAG😂😂😂😂
Agree Salekesa Darekesa Ghats are not much steep or gradient WAP 4 failed that's why they given goods and Nagpur removed both and given fresh .
