Thanks for the info. What are the charges involved? Do I save money by having my journey postponed, or by having the ticket cancelled? Or, do I end up losing the same amount of money? Please guide.

Thanks for the answer. I went to city passenger reservation office with print of ticket booked on internet. I was told by the clerk that nothing can be done there about a ticket booked on net, I must cancel the reservation on the net and re-book the desired postponement, as required. Only reservations booked in reservation centres can be postponed. Is this true?
can we do this for pto also?
