Sikar-Delhi 292 km distance is very much suitable for intercity train to make a too & fro journey in a day. With BG this intercity is very much feasible, earlier slower MG route may not have permitted introduction of such day time intercity.
It is surprising that 14812 DEE-Sikar intercity runs as biweekly frequency, normally such short distance trains run with a frequency of 5/6/7 days a week!
