no spl bcz when scr asked ecor for rakes they said no rakes
and SCR asked SWR and SR for rakes they also said no
thats why there is no TPJ Sc spl and no SBC/MYS SC spl
as BZa div request and SR as reduced kollam spls to scr they are running MDU-BZA/SC Spl.

making a allegation also understand how things are happening
here every zone is running short of rakes and the another problem here is type of train, SCR wants every train to be tatkal spl and other zones wants every train to be Suvidha spl.
u cant blame a single zone here, its the process which is completly wrong
