Dear friend, a few observations regarding the proposed train:
(1) This connectivity i.e. of NGP-Durg-R-BSP-ROU etc with the GHY,Malda,NJP etc NE area, is very much required. Hence a train is a must on the route.
(2) Today there is no regular connection of NGP-Durg-R-BSP-ROU etc with the GHY,Malda,NJP etc NE area (except a weekly train), so introduction of a SF express is very much required instead of a fully ac premium HS.

There is not enough premium acIII traffic for the route, however a good patronage is there for SL class.

Friend, stops appear good for the long distance S/F with 65kmph avg speed however RIG may be given stop.

Although there is only one weekly train (MUM-Kamakhya) connecting the region with north east. The sufficient traffic for a daily 22 LHB coach train is doubtful from the NGP-ROU section. I feel frequency should be reduced to biweekly.
