When when a new member join IRI he starts asking many question to members like,how to send pvt,how to become monitor,how to create imaginary train,how to tag train station,what is credit,how to earn credits,how to vote in apoll and many more.So i think there is a Help Button should be provided in top corner of screen which have all information of iri.Like what is iri,how to use iri,hot to tag train loco station,what is credit and how to earn it,what are admins monitor and why they are here,how to post videos,site rules etc.It contains all the infos which a new members should need to know.So when he first time create his account and login he should go to help instead of asking members these questions.
I see many cases in which a new member is not familiar with iri and asks a members to guide him but no one replying...

Jab mai iri join kiya tha to mujhe 2 mahine lage iri ke saare features jaane me.Dusre members se puch to kisi ne bataaya hi nahi
