Why IR in Pune division not updating signal system from block to automatic block system. Daily many trains get delayed by 10-15 min and the frequency of suburban also not improved yet.

thing is that at SVJR KK CCH TGN and malavali if IR Pune division make some arrangement like platform for main Line then it will definitely reduce time travel in between Pune to Lonavla by 10-15 min.
If it happens within 1 hr and 5 min any one can reach Pune Lonavla by local!
