It has been over 2 weeks since the appointment of the current batch of FMs and 750 Complaints have been handled so far. It gives me immense pleasure in congratulating them for running the team diligently, professionally, competently and above all, without a shred of controversy or bias. The FM position is, by its very nature, a thankless job. If there are ZERO incidents in the Forum, it is taken for granted. But if there is even a very slight incident, it doesn't take much time for some member to blow it up into a huge controversy, and after that, start blaming the system or FMs.

are requested to join me in congratulating our FMs' quiet efficiency and dedication. Our Sr. FMs like Gaurav Awasthi, Arif, Harsh, Sudarshan, Abbas, and others have ably lent an air of maturity, and have guided the team. Then we have our WAP-7's like Pran Pratim Ghosh, Athul, Neel Ashar & Dipanshu Rathore, incessantly and powerfully pulling the train along. And lastly, our Jr. FMs like Subrat, Shahrukh, Siddharth, Niket have very ably and competently lived up to the responsibility of FM. Their maturity, open-mindedness, receptivity to guidelines and suggestions, and their good faith have been absolutely essential for the success of the team so far.

In the next 2 weeks, we shall be bringing in a few more members, and will be rotating a few out. At this time, there are still some glitches to be worked out with the system - so the current shuffling will be somewhat irregular.
