Bro if going by ur logic thiS HCF factor could've been removed from IR then life would be so simple. Just set aside python & goods lets think about Exp trains. We know many trains which start from congested metro terminals like HWH, SDAH, CSTM, LKO,BSB etc many a times run with 12-17 coaches because not all PFs in these stns are capable of handling 24 coach length & many a times parking in the yard/pit line can be a constraint because spaces are easily not available nearby metro cities.some of these trains started years ago & still not augmented by additional coach.. Rly could simply do one thing... For eg trains departing SDAH/HWH make an additional yard somewhere in HBC chord & attach/detach 8-9 coaches here & train can run w/full capacity for the remaining leg of the journey.. The shunting would neither affect the traffic in mainline.. So tell...
