wait-listed ticket is seen as its booked status in electronic reservation slip nothing to change after its convert in to RAC or CNF when it is changed in ERS ? After chart prepared? and second one is that we can or cann't travel with wait-listed ticket or RAC ticket booked through irctc?

what u need is to take the initial printout and then produce it to tte.. even if it gets changed

You can check your PNR status on IR site.
If it goes to RAC or CNF ...then you are eligible to travel.
If it remains in wait list you can not travel.
