Recently went to see the PNR status on the indianrail.gov.in site, and below the current status of the ticket was this line.
""* Please Note that in case the Final Charts have not been prepared, the Current Status might upgrade/downgrade at a later stage.""
All the PNRs are Upgraded to a lower WL / RAC status. (i.e WL 50 will be become WL49 and so on) Just wanted to know, that are there any cases/ times when the PNR is downgraded?(i.e WL 50 will be become WL51). If not, then why is...
