Fate of the pending Rly projects must be decided by their financial rate of return.
As long as budgets/ RMs shall decide the fate of these projects, the fate of IR itself is uncertain.

Fate of IR is sealed. IR will be privatised in coming 10-15 years
It would be better if IR is privatised before it falls totally sick and is damaged beyond repair.
