Is ald-mgs tripling sanctioned actually last year?
If yes, how much fund allocated in 16-17 & 17-18?

The best decision that Mr Prabhu and his team could have taken to curb the delay in NCR was tripling. But they left it completely on EDFC which means 4-5 sal tak late-latifi jhelo and superfast k paise bhi pay karo kyuki humare pas invest karne k liye paise nahi hai.
