whereas there are many bus services run by SRS & VRL daily.

Even the dedicated weekly they run is horribly slow with lots of slack. So the image created by Railways is that trains are horribly slow so just take the buses and take train only if it's your last resort.

they started suvidha train,that means dynamic fare were applicable. so not many people would have booked tickets
Don't know it was one trip only. But main thing is schedule which was relatively fast.
