Pune Secunderabad Shatabdi arriving at 2:33PM (13 mins late) at Secunderabad junction (SC). As u can see it is not so clean and shiny from outside.

Charging points for alternative seats, Toilet vacant/used LEDs are there. Good lighting system. Food is kept in high quality fridges or heaters. Also cutlery are adequately sterilised.

the morning you're given newspapers and served tea/coffee. Later in the morning breakfast, mine included an omelette, 2 slices of bread, 1 jumping packet, butter, mixed fruit jam, tomato ketchup. Tomato soup with break sticks served before lunch. Lunch included chicken curry (I wish it was boneless as it pain to remove bones in a moving train), dal 2 rotis, plain rice, a small mixed pickle and mother diary curd. To finish it all off, mother diary ice cream.
No biotoilet, showers present, liquid soap was too watery. Rest was ok. Toilet paper was either not there, or was on the floor or drenched in water. People do not treat it with respect and just toss it around. The overhead rack has transparent part in the middle so u can just lookup n see your luggage. Locks/chains not required. People are decent.
