Search by station or by pnr, there are so many regular trains who doesn't listed in e catering but u can get food by ecatering...
Last year in march I traveled in Vikramshila and booked by station for ecatering at pnbe for dominos pizza, I got the food..

Use TravelKhana, the route is good anyways for the food at major stations e.g Nagpur, Raipur, Bilaspur Tata etc
