You should tweet this to Railminindia or put it in pgportal for response. Rake availability is also not an issue since many trains are now getting LHB. The previous ICF rakes can be used.
Yes, by running 22623 on boat mail's old slot 21:40, this train can be made daily. But also please suggest a new time table for 22624 to be followed daily. As 21:15 slot from mdu is already shared by 12668 on fri.
