train started at 4 35 from MNR-SKB.
looped at skb and ot by 10 trains. Till cnb 40-50kmph speed obtained. Many pax left train at cnb stating risk of live.

carelessness is the main reason now. After knowing problem is there in train still just formality was done. This was bound to happen.
