If possible, these trains should be run in a shadow slot to some of the more popular trains on the route with similar speed and run time ( or at least comparable) . Hopefully that will prompt people to try out these trains rather than over-crowding in the sleeper coaches of regular trains. With a decent schedule and the promise of less crowding, people can end up choosing these trains over traveling in reserved coaches or crowded UR coaches in regular trains.
