Its WAG-9 it is a offlink, its hauls long coal rakes not made for passenger trains duty plz change it.
SER is well known for fright movement zone and any Division can use any available loco as maximum use policy.Thats why this offlink was attached in a passenger train.
So only the rake info is correct and permanent.
