Are there any possibilities of connecting cities like Haridwar/dehradun/rishikesh directly with Hyderabad/Bangalore ?

I don't think elections will bring in votes of Hyd/Blore people for trains to destinations of north india. They are many requirements for trains within KA TS/AP. For uttarakhand they need to wait for another 5 yrs.
