Q track is in ratlam which allows train from indore via fatehabad to move towards ajmer flying over the ndls bct line. CRS gave clearance to the same last august only but as minister is busy else where he is not getting time to inaugrate new trains from indore to ajmer via this Q track
Indore - Fatehabad ki jagah pehle indore - ujjain double kar lena tha
both are different. Indore fatehabad is important for connecting indore not only with important places of rajasthan like udaipur,ajmer but also mandsor neemach will get faster connectivity to indore. As of now the indore udaipur express takes too much time as it takes too much time because of long distance and has to undergo reversal at RTM. If a train takes Q track then train coming from indore can proceed towards ajmer,udaipur without reversal. Please note indore udaipur takes 4.5 hours to do indb rtm where as indb rtm demu via fatehabad inspite of 19 halts does indore ratlam in 2 hours 40 mins only
