i think no need for this train.
bcoz bahut jyada trais hai that time.. sachkhand, amrapali,super, paschim, dli ptk exp.. shatabdi more than sufficient trains at that time

Sachkhand is Mostly delayed....Sachkhand amarpali and paschim are heavily booked .....n these are Sleeper train....as far as dli ptk is concerned its not a SF train....This is punjab sampark kranti with LHB rakes
Bhai AC class walo ke liye Shatabdi hai......iss sampark kranti train mein itne saare AC coaches dene ki jarurat nhi hai....6-7 2S , 5-6 General coaches and 1 CC is more than sufficient if u don't wish to extend it......4-5 CC coaches toh even Shan e Punjab mei bhi nhi hai.....
