GOC WDP3A is still the regular link. Twin WDM3D are only temporary.
I hope its has changed, on my last two journey this link was twin ED WDM 3D My journey from NZM was on 5th Feb and return from TVC was on 17th FEB. on Both journeys Loco link was ED Aloco.
Today it was with WDP3A. WDP3As are undergoing maintenance at GOC. This is the only reason for substitute locos.
Why this train don't get e-loco from panvel stn? ?? Rather than it gets at BRC which is 400 kms away.
At present in PNVL Electric Trip Shed is not there That may be the reason.
