Train 18 - तेरी प्यारी प्यारी Livery को किसी की नज़र न लगे

When I saw the train's name, I was 100% sure I was going to see the route of RXL-HYB EXP in the time table but surprise from IR. I really do not get the approach IR follows, a special BSP-GAYA was given the route of existing route which could have been run on a different route. And, this one was supposed to be running on same route as of RXL-HYB EXP as per IR's habit.
