Though Pune-Miraj doubling has been announced and funds sanctioned, no physical progress can be seen here (Which comes to main limitation of using Google maps for monitoring progress of IR projects. In this case, the image is from 28/12/2016, or 5 months old and doubling might be taking place at this spot now. Older the satellite image you're looking at, less reliable it is).
