Why dont we have Pantry car in Shatabdi when food is served in it. Is the space out side the AC interior suffice for Pantry work

Pantry Car is meant for Cooking Food. Food in Shatabdi Trains, Served considering the short journey time, is sourced from the base Kitchens from MAJOR stations. Introducing a pantry car would be illogical .
