Why IR running this train i don't know, hardly anyone travels end to end unless in emergency. HWH-ADI has huge train shortage and this train runs with lots of reversals and long route.
This train must be speeded up and routed via normal route ( Via BSP-TATA-KGP) and change terminal to Shalimar instead of kolkata to be made useful train.

Haan, 4 hours speed up ki jarurat hai isko.
Baaki route length same hi hai, only one kms diff than the route via BSP.

Loco reversals mein faltu time kharab hota hai passengers ka. Loco reversal khatam karna chahiye aur speedup karna chahiye
Loco reversals can be actually be eliminated imo. Instead of going in and out of Barkakhana, Ranchi Road and Patratau can easily be substitute stations. Ranchi Road as the name is suggestive is actually far better connected than Barkakhana.
Elimination of Chopan is a bit more challenging though, Obra Dam isn't a proper substitute for Chopan. Also water refilling is another challenge. Between DHN & KMZ, a reversal has to be done at CPU for refilling, as SGRL isn't up to the task.
But the main challenge is the complete lack...
