He says journey time should be reduced by 30-45 mins...Already it's taking 2 hour 35 mins only with speed 63... If you reduce by 45 mins then you can calculate average speed comes to 80+ ... Not even Bangalore Rajdhani has that speed
Secondly I think railway will first check patronage.
