AC will definitely be better than sleeper in terms of cleanliness, food etc. But this is a new train with LHB coaches, no reason why there will any issue with SL coaches.
What are LHB coaches, so are you sure that I should shift to a/c. Well i was thinking to book the tickets in Orissa S kranti in A/C coaches and cancel the earlier ticket.

AC will always be better, you pay more for the comfort. SL--AC3--AC2--AC1, the comfort level increases as you go up and of course you pay more too. So choice is yours.
