Shunting loco WDS-4B # 19336 coupled with a test wagon stationed at Panki Thermal Power station rail sidings and owned by the same is building pressure to proceed. 3 shunting locos are owned by the govt of Uttar Pradesh owned thermal based power plant. The coal rake enter the sidings in push mode (since its not MGR based system) and the electric loco gets detached and goes back to Panki railway station. Another electric loco arrives to arrest the empty coal rake after the stipulated time of 7 hours of unloading as prescribed by IR for coal and other materials of same class. OHE lines can be seen in the backdrop.
