Only TDL will be served by the Agra divison..Rest sab NCR ka hi rhega..
As per my knowledge WR gives equal priority to all the trains including of other zones

You note that a most of trains coming from CR r given huge slack btwn pnvl/kyn to bsr as train arrives bsr o t but due to non availabity of pf trains get trolled at outer and the worst comdition is of frei freight train.
