If booking of reserved berths is too less to justify the existence of counter, then provision of issuing reserved tickets at general (unreserved) ticket counter should be made instead of cancelling the facility of issuing reserved tickets altogether.

Addition of Reserved booking of tickets at Unreserved counters is not an easy task. Reserved booking requires a more trained clerk & CRS as well as provision of extra utilities.
