The 13107/ 13108/ 13109/ 13110 Kolkata Chitpur Terminal (INDIA)- Dhaka (BANGLADESH) MAITREE INTERNATIONAL Express was inaugurated on April 14, 2008. And on her 9th Birthday, she got upgraded to be an INTERNATIONAL A.C. EXPRESS, and also run with state-of-the-art LHB coaches.
Seen here is a compilation of two videos of the train, captured from two different stations in different directions. First, the 13107 Dhaka (DAKA)- Kolkata (KOAA) B.R. (Bangladesh Railways)MAITREE cruises past Ichapur station at an average speed. And the very next morning, the 13108 Kolkata (KOAA)- Dhaka (DAKA) B.R. MAITREE races past Khardaha station at good speed. The train is seen running with Bangladesh LHB rake.
The train follows the Kolkata- Naihati- Ranaghat- Gede- Darshana- Ishwardi-Jamtoli- Tongi- Dhaka route. Crosses the International border at Gede.
