Such a worst controlling by danapur division as cover pnbe jhajha in more than 5 hours should learn something from brother dhanbad division how to manage schedule

Delay add hona lajmi hai, ek busy route me jaha thodi thodi deer pe ek train gujarti hai usme 4 ghante delayed train ko on-time kaise ker sakte hai!! Maine ek RTI daala tha NCR authorities k paas 12561 ki punctuality ko leke jisme reply aaya tha ki zone tab hi train k late hone k liye Responsible maana jaata hai jub wo train us zone me on-time aai ho ya marginal delay k sath aai ho or us zone ne use delay kiya ho. jub train pehle se bahoot jyada delayed hai to uske liye usse pehle aane waale zones or Divisions ko dosh diya jaata hai, us zone ko nahi.
Even if they forward ur tweet to x,y,z but at the back-end they are registering and acknowledging all these delay related tweets, which is important data filtration wise.. Don't worry even if they do not take any action on twitter but internally they are noticing and identifying their loose ends, which is also equally important.. Keep on tweeting..
