If this will take this route, it should be started from chopan. Will provide the connectivity to industrial area of obra renukut chopan etc or otherwise it may be routed through NCR.
ECR itna meharbani nahi dikhayega , Dhanbad ke paas toh khud dedicated train hai nahi (apart from special) isko kaun rake dega .
