Can be introduced after increasing friendly and cordial relations between India and Bangladesh; would also be useful for Bangladeshi delegations visiting India for various conferences
International trains jst hve technical halts for customs and loco change....they dnt have commercial halts..
Halts such as Kanpur, Allahabad, and Patliputra are commercially profitable; passengers can use the train for de-boarding as well as boarding from these stations; suppose someone wishes to travel from Kanpur to Dhaka, why should he/she go back to Delhi when he can board the train at Kanpur itself?
if there r commercial halts then it would require for much checking....which is vry hectic fr ir and and terrorism and smuggling purposes will increase if there any negligence in checking...so its not so safe or liable..
good. u can add few more stops too and increase no of coaches. if needed halt time at borders can be made 1 hour.

All the checking, customs and immigration would be carried out at Old Malda and Rohanpur only; so one can get into this train without a visa till Old Malda. Your concern would have been valid had all the customs were being carried out at the source station, which is not the case.
