Constitution gives three distinct separate identities - Executive. Administrative and Judiciary. Basically, all three complement each other and do not interfere in each others territory -
Now shri Anna wants a separate head (extra constitutional) who supercedes the PM as well as the Judiciary which is disastrous. Over riding powers have been given to parliament or Executive simply because they are supposed to be the peoples choice and their acts are considered the majority wish. (Present situations are different that is a separate matter) Even now, unless parliament passes this bill, this will not become an Act.

supporters of shri hazare - shanti bhushan was a ex law minister in his earlier avatar and he did not pass it nor even introduce it. this lokpal matters have been on discussion even before nda rule and even after that. now this ex law minister is a big supporter of this bill. was he sleeping during his tenure?
the point is - shri hazare's intentions are very good no doubt, but the catorie which is with him is bad and for that matter, only insisting that his bill should be passed and no other amendments would be considered are a matter of large concern to everybody. if this gentlemen does not wish to talk, imagine his janlokpal chiefs power and god forbid if some wrong person enters and gets the lokpal post. it will be total anarchy.
there are system flaws and those if rectified will go a longway in ending corruption or minimizing to say the least.
