For cancellation - What is the meaning of denaturing station? it is originating or from where I have booking. as in my case I have booking in 82301 from DHN to CBN, which is schedule at HWH at 1500 hours, but from DHN it is 1900, I have booking for today for DHN to CNB, I tried to cancel at 1110 - but its not allowed, what should I do

Thanks, no issue, so I must get refund by filling TDR more than 4 hours of scheduled departure time from boarding station.
Sorry to mention here - for train no. 82301 - I had booking in SL for DHN to CNB, departure time from DHN is 19:10 and I filled TDR at 11:20, which is apporx 7 hours 50 minutes before departure time from DHN but railway has rejected TDR mentioning it was not filled before 6 hours of departure time.
In my opinion departure time should be of booking station and originating station, as we have many trains which covers one trip in 2-3 days as well, pls confirm and suggest to fight my case with concern railway authority.
