If e tkt is not confirm under VIKALP too.Does the refund amount comes automatically?
If ticket is confirm in VIKALP train does this shows on the PNR enquiry page?

If e ticket remain w/l in vikalp opted train then it will be automatically cancelled and booking amount will refunded
