Every year, the East Central Railways (ECR) operates one pair of LHB SPECIAL train to clear the rush of students travelling from various parts of Bihar and Bengal to appear for the WEST BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (WBJEE) held at various centers across Kolkata, and at the adjoining districts. Running late by 4 hours, the 03262 Patna (PNBE)- Howrah (HWH) WBJEE SPECIAL FARE SPECIAL speeds through Shrirampur station (On the HB Main route of ER) at good speed with 22303 HWH WAP- 4 in lead. Later, at Howrah outer, my EMU overtakes the same train, which was waiting to get clearance for a platform.
The train enjoyed heavy patronage, and ran with an Extra Sleeper coach on its solitary run. You can also spot passengers gathered in the Luggage portion of the EOGs as well.
