train halts for rajdhani is based not on revenue that city generates. IR halt is not like setting up income tax branch office. you can't say, look at how much this city generates revenue....set up an office here...........
train halts are based on needs.
1. karwar is divisional HQ of karwar division of KR. it has a naval base where surely lot of personnel from delhi will visit, so halt is required.
