It should be like this..To canter the passengers of that particular state this is a good policy...and at the end this is a good move..And tickets quota bhi unke liye hi max rhta hai..But it's the same way Jese a lot of Allahabad people ask for but IR ain't givng halts at ALD for a lot is Rajdhanis and SKs..Sam way for Suart and Mathura it is..
