If all these are completed within stipulate time then Bhagalpur to New Delhi Tejas or Humsafar Express can be started.
The route & station could be Bhagalpur - Jamalpur - Kiul - Mokama - Patna - Danapur - Ara - Buxar - Mughalsarai - Allahabad - Kanpur - New Delhi.
