I want to go to delhi on 26th in AP Sampark kranti. But now the TATKAL shows Waiting 1/Regret.. If i book the ticket in waiting in TATKAL, what are the chances that i will get a seat on 26th??

Sir, here no booking allowed as you mention regret/wl1. try tatkal from another location where bookings are opened and go for change boarding.
