On Inspiration of Inquilab Express by Mr.P.R.Kumar this was created as Navsari which is near to Dandi where Salt strike was started by Mahatma Gandhi. As Navsari have no Pit line started from Valsad and routed via COR where there is no train to DEC currently from BL. Route is only 50 KM Long.
