I have booked one individual ticket for my father in 3rd ac from hwh to cstm. The ticket is confirmed under senior citizens quota. Because of some reasons he is not travelling and i want to use that ticket. can it be transferred on my name ??

In this case, if the ticket of the father can be transferred to the mother; provided she is also eligible for SS concession, the percentage would differ. So, would IR give back 10% on the base fare?
