DRM SECR NGP twitted back to my question of when will BG work of Ghansore-NIR and NIR-BTC will complete and he answered that GNS-NIR section BG will complete by Aug 2017 and NIR-BTC will complete by Mar 2018 so anyhow its clear that JBP-BTC-G BG project will finaly end in Mar 2018 and by Apr 2018 we can se BG trains on JBP-BTC-G route and hopefully will get new trains also so maybe CRS of GNS-NIR section will be by MID-End aug 2017

sorry My bad, it seems, till BLT-Samnapur targated for Sep-17 only it seems, so yes, March 18 this should be over, gr8 if rly can achieve this.
yeah seems like SECR is very serious to complete this imp. project soon so as to open the new shorter route towards south n other places and SECR can run good no. of goods also on this route so as to deliver the material as soon as possible via this route
March 2018 will become the golden month if this project work really ends and innaugurated for operations
